How to Use a Claude AI tracker ?

Claude will go rogue, it's just a matter of time.

After a couple thousand hours using Claude AI I wish someone would have told me to keep a Claude tracker, this is necessary for their screws ups, which will be many.

I STOPPED using Claude, it was a good start but after a while it goes beyond disappointment.

Two things at all times, keep a folder on your desktop, keep a physical journal just for when using Claude., when ever there is a problem do a screen capture and make a note in your journal.

Then somewhere along the line you have to say enough I'm done with Claude.

It might be a project that never gets finished, it might be something simple that takes ten times longer then it should.

Never let Claude give write instructions for Claude Code EVER.

My mistake I kept going back to Claude, Claude support I have NEVER EVER heard from them
